Hawaiian Airlines flights to Portland and flights to Hawaii are operated from Portland International Airport (PDX), a user-friendly facility situated some 30 minutes from Downtown Portland. The convenient MAX light rail service connects the airport to downtown in approximately 38 minutes.
The modern terminal is roughly shaped like an “H” with ticketing (upper level) and baggage claim (lower level) in the center, and five in-line concourses forming the legs. Also in the center is the noteworthy Oregon Market, which offers shopping and eating options considered a step above the usual.
Arriving and departing Hawaiian Airlines flights are serviced from the D Gates. Located near Gate D7, the Concourse D service center is equipped with an ATM, photocopy machine, change machine, vending machines (snacks, beverages) and telephone workstations equipped with computer ports.
Ground transportation is located in the center section of the airport terminal's lower roadway on the baggage claim and departure level. Most transportation providers serve downtown Portland.
